Standard Rentals – Residential & Commercial Properties
For tenancy agreements of 12 months or longer, an agency commission equivalent to one month’s rent is charged upon successful letting of the property.
For tenancy agreements of less than 12 months, an agency commission of 10% of the total rental value is charged.
This covers the agency service involved in securing a tenant and completing the letting transaction.
Property Management Services
Individual Apartments & Single-Family Homes
For properties placed under our ongoing management, a management fee of 12% of all rent collected is charged. The same 12% management fee applies to subsequent tenancy renewals for as long as the property remains under our management.
Our management services include tenant finding, rent collection, tenant communication, inspections, coordinating repairs, handling complaints, etc. No separate tenants finding service fee shall be charged.
Apartment Complexes & Commercial Properties
Management fees are determined individually based on the size and type of property, number of units, scope of services, and level of management responsibility required. A tailored management proposal and fee will be agreed with the property owner.
SALES
For property sales, Prestige Ghana Homes LTD charges a standard agency commission of 4% of the final sale price upon successful completion of the transaction.
The commission may be negotiated for high-value properties or exceptional transactions.
